No, I haven't been just goofing off...

I had a shower to go to. I made a duck with matching hat. It also got wrapped nicely with a little hand stamped card. Now, I have to go to work.

Why We're Here

Once upon a time there were two sisters, living states apart, trying to describe their craft projects to each other over the phone. We had this wonderful idea, “we’ll start a blog, we can post pictures of all the things we’re knitting!” We were talking about our motivations for acquiring these skills, so anachronistic in a time of knitting machines and ready-to-wear clothing. A sentiment echoed by both of us: “you know, I really just learn to do all of these things so that in the event of the collapse of civilization, I will have skills that will help me survive.” And we knew we weren't the only ones. With that, we present you with: Crafting for the Apocalypse. So let’s get to work!
