Song-a-Day May: Electroemopunkitronica for Echo

In keeping with the emerging tradition of responding to requests, we have made this piece of...something...because Echo requested electroemopunkitronica.

It turns out it is extra fun to make something like this using (almost) entirely acoustic/vocal components. Two acoustic guitars, our voices, and one shout out to technology: a slowed recording of the automatic text-to-speech utility that is built into my macbook's text editor.

I'm actually really glad that I didn't have to sing today. I have some kind of crazy head cold thing that is making me a less-than-stellar performer. I hope it isn't the hamthrax. (kidding. What, too soon?)

Hippo Birdie Two Ewes

I got a glue gun. AND a staple/nail gun. I also made two hats. It is hard to take a picture of yourself wearing a hat.

Little things

This really is the only good use for that percolator. Also, I made a set of origami box lights for our stairs. Now if only we could be finished unpacking.

Also, I crocheted a hat, but haven't taken a picture yet.
